Severus...How Did You Die

This is a Tribute I did for Severus, the poem is by a gentleman named Edmund Vance Cooke, it's called How Did You Die. When I read this poem, I immediately fell in love with it, and Severus kept popping into mind, I finally decided upon doing this Tribute, to the Bravest Man Who Ever Lived. Severus Snape has always been, and will always be my favorite character. There was always so much depth, and history to his character, that it was hard not to love him for the person that he was. Always at war with himself in one manner or another, and despite his hidden anguish over Lily, and his hate for James, he spent the better half of his years protecting their son Harry, and to die staring up into the same green eyes as Lily, I think it was a relief to get to see them one last time, but still so sad.
